Refund Policies


Terms and condition for refund:
1. If buyer of online training course faced any issues in login or any other technical difficulties. Also, if buyer want to refund as he/she don't like the course. In both cases, our policy for refund lasts 2 days only. Buyer has to inform us to get the refund. Total fee amount of course will be refund after deduction of applicable charges for payment gateway and banking.
2. If buyer have paid more than once for the same course, the complete amount (excluding first successful transaction) will be refund. Above refund can be made, after getting communication from the buyer to our mail support@isopara.com Once your mail is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
